This Life Like Saddle Tank Switcher 0-4-0T No. 98 ($16.95 MSRP) was modified to include sound, yes sound and DCC.  The simple locomotive was further modified by Rainy Day Hobbies to include a constant headlight with a micro bulb and a rear light was also added in place of the solid plastic molded light which was non functioning.  A bell chord was added along with an engineer.  The speaker was placed in the rear fuel tank and the decoder just in front of the area where the firebox would be located.  A Soundtraxx 750 Tsunami Decoder was used.  The locomotive was weathered and Kadee #58 couplers were installed to replace the horn-hook couplers.  See the before version of this locomotive in our "Today's Product Highlights" section.  Also visit our YouTube site to see it in action.  See locomotive No. 98 pull a short train and note a roof hatch was added for additional realism.
